We are a small but enthusiastic mixed ability team whose main aim is simply to
have fun.
Our triathletes range from novice (some are yet to race) through to
those with several years experience and our athletes are training for all
distances from Sprint through to Ironman.
We are particularly keen to help novice triathletes through those tricky first few months and their first few
races.
Novice triathlon training is usually as follows :
Tuesday - 18:30 - 21:00 - Lake swim / bike ride Wednesday - 19:00 - 21:30 - Brick sessionSaturday - 08:00 - 10:30 - Brick sessionSunday - 08:00 - 13:00 - Long bike rideSo if you want to get seriously fit and you are interested in joining us then
